• Prior reservations are required and shall be subject to availability and room allocations.
• Hotel Vida’s policy on reservations & guarantee deposits shall apply. For free vouchers, vouchers shall be considered guarantee deposits
• Cancellation and No-Show policies shall apply.
• No-Show & within 24 hours cancellation – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and/or voucher.
• Within 72 hours cancellation – 50% of guarantee deposit on.
• Incidental deposits shall be required upon check-in
• Cancellation will be honored up to 7 days if returned UNUSED from date of issuance subject to P1,500 cancellation fee plus bank charges.
