Now the popular El Kabayo Riding Stables of Subic Bay are here in the Clark Freeport Zone. But the Clark experience features a unique and clever twist. This facility is a replica of an old western town directly out of an American cowboy movie. If you enjoy watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood in their glory days of Tinsel Town, you will feel as if you are on the set of one of their productions when you visit El Kabayo.

OLD WEST MOVIE STABLES

The horses are stabled in a recreated town out of another time and place, much like Tombstone Arizona or other towns of the American West. As you walk along the front façade of this creative and entertaining complex, majestic horses gaze through their openings and interact with you.

Here you will find mock-up recreations of an old-west general store, saloon/restaurant, post office, trading post, hotel, telegraph office, bank drugstore and more. Perhaps the most entertaining is the mock sheriff’s office, county jail and courthouse all situated together.

QUALITY HORSES ABOUND

You will find some quality animals here, no old mares ready for the pasture, but some horses retired from horse sports or the show circuit, imported from other countries. The horses at El Kabayo are unlike the native varieties found in other horseback riding facilities in the Philippines. You may find thoroughbreds, quarter horses, standardbreds and others in the lineup here. Some of these animals even have championship blood lines.

TREAT YOURSELF TO AN ADVENTURE

Riding a horse is an adventure everyone should experience. If you’re a horse lover but the expense of keeping a horse is just too much for you, here is your opportunity to ride to your hearts content while allowing someone else the chores and cost of cleaning, feeding, vet bills and stabling these magnificent animals.

RIDE ON YOUR OWN OR TAKE INSTRUCTIONS

Ride your horse around the huge facility, or if you are an experienced horseman, take him into the surrounding greenbelt areas of Clark. If you’ve never been on a horse previously, you may want to avail yourself of lessons by a team of expert trainers and riders.

Besides all of the Western atmosphere and horse adventure, after a tough day of wrestling the cattle, avail yourself of the great American style old-west dining establishment.
